1. Copy ~/geol4068_03/data/Puchi_tests
and all the files and directories it contains to your personal directory
within ~/data1
2. Convert SEG-2 (*.dat
files) to SEG-Y (*.segy) files and convert to the Intel Processor binary
order ("little-endian")
3. Convert SEG-Y files into
SUnix (*.su) files
4. Concatenate *.su files to
form a single file
5. Examine *.su files by
applying a filter, a gain, and displaying the result in a window.
6. Use the program called
"gimp" to generate a *.jpg file that can be plotted
